LAST BLOG SESSION:English Language Challenges
What comments can you make about your experience learning English at university?
To be honest, I didn't have many hardships during the course. It was some kind of reinforcement to me. I had the PET with nearly a perfect score. (Not saying that I don't do mistakes even with that)
What about the use of blogs?
I already used blogger to post about Apartheid and African culture during another class, so I was used to it.
What aspects of your English need to be improved and how do you plan to do this?>
I need to improve my grammar. I was thinking about checking online the prepositions for example to have a better understanding of the matter.
Outside the English class, how much are you using English these days? What for?
Outside of the class I use it to play videogames. Most of the games that I buy and play are not avaible in spanish. I usually read comics or manga that are not translated and English is my way out of that problem.
I also play online with people from all over the world and our common language is English even if they don't speak it natively.
I usually chat with some friends that are from Canada or US or even to help me out with some guides if I need to do something (like cooking or even better, watching movies).
(That's Nunavut, a friend of mine lives there)
English has a lot of uses in my life. I don't think that I can live without it.
I use it about every day and it's a helpful tool. I really want to do something else with it after this class.
Bye bye blog.
