4/12 An Artist You Love.

One of my favourite artists is Carpenter Brut. He is a musician and his area is the Synthwave, but not the traditional one, he makes Dark Synthwave (Music like in the 80's but new and his tone goes to something more heavy). His inspiration comes from the metal and he started buying instruments and playing in his garage to not bother anyone.

I knew him because of the soundtrack of Hotline Miami 2 (one of my favorite games). He is some kind of DJ but he also plays instruments and sing in their songs. I really like that his work is some different tecno.

His theme is oriented to everything that was harsh and different during the 80's. His videos and concerts have a lot of pictures related to satanism and slasher movies, he also made one short film inspired in one of those.

I really hope to see him live someday. I wish to scream and dance to his songs. I would say that his style is a tribute to everything that was made during the gold age of the groovie music and also the raise of the metal.
